JOB DESCRIPTION

Consultants oversee and undertake delivery of the company's consultancy services to its customers 

This role will add value to the customers by identifying new ways of working, compliance with best practise and other opportunities of improving the quality of staffing and care delivery.

 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tasks, performance and caseload assigned to you.

• Comply with the company's objectives whilst maximising opportunities and ensuring commercial viability.

• Participate in the development of commercial projects aimed at improving care service.

• Where requested identify risks and opportunities, and create and execute action plans to address.

• Conduct research and analysis on the competitive landscape, customer use, prospect feedback.

• Track, measure and analyse commercial metrics using KPIs.

 

Requirements:

• Proven experience as in a regulated service.

• Proven experience in assessment, evidence gathering and reporting

• Exceptional communication abilities

• Commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial mindset

• Great leadership skills

• Creative strategist

• Excellent organisational abilities
