Practice Nurse

Morden College is looking for an experienced and committed Practice Nurse to assess the needs and deliver compassionate care to the residents in our community.

You will be a Registered Nurse with experience of practice, community or domiciliary nursing keen to join our small practice team during an exciting period of change. You will be hands on and ensure that we are delivering the highest level of nursing care to our residents.

Job Description

Morden College is looking for an experienced and committed Practice Nurse to assess the needs and deliver compassionate care to the residents in our community

You will be a Registered Nurse with experience of practice, community or domiciliary nursing keen to join our small practice team during an exciting period of change. You will be hands on and ensure that we are delivering the highest level of nursing care to our residents.

You will also have experience in planning, delivering and evaluating appropriate packages of care to our residents and must be IT literate — ideally with knowledge of the GP system EMIS Web. A valid NMC PIN number will be required for this post. Access to your own transport including a full driving licence is desirable but not essential.
