About the Role

Morden College is looking for people to work as Registered Nurses on a casual basis with a variety of

shifts available from Monday to Sunday. Our Bank Registered Nurses are involved in providing high

standards of nursing care to all residents within Cullum Welch Court Care Home, carrying out an agreed

plan of care and assist in the ongoing assessment, development and evaluation of care needs with

none of the pressures of hospital nursing.

About You

You will be friendly, approachable and caring with good communication skills and the ability to work

on your own initiative or within a team. Some practical clinical experience in a care setting with the

ability to deliver planned care are essential to be successful in this role as well as having a genuine

interest in working with older people.

Having current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and knowledge of the Care

Quality Commission (CQC), NICE medication guidance and the Care Act 2014 are also important.
