Our service user is a lovely young girl who lives at home with her family in
Lincoln.
She attends college during the week where she enjoys socialising with her
friends and teachers.
She enjoys lots of sensory activities with her care team which includes texture

her, listening to music and watching the TV.
Her bedroom looks over the garden and she often enjoys gazing out at the sky

such as stroking her hand whilst having conversations.
During the night shift you will be assisting with her bedtime routine, carrying
