Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Health Care Assistants to support
a lady with complex care needs.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistants who are
passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one to one support and who can
build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user is a female in her 30s’ who requires support and assistance
with all aspects of her complex care 24 hours a day.
She has a skin condition that requires delicate care and support, massaging to
aid pain and regular changing of dressings and bandages.
Her hobbies and interests include going to the park, watching TV and films,
engaging with her carers. She is currently distance learning to complete an
accountancy course to further her education.
We are looking for Health Care Assistants or Support Workers who are passionate
about working in care and have a positive attitude.
Essential Experience Required-
6 months previous care experience
-
Medication Administration
-
Personal Care
-
Moving and Handling
Desirable Experience-
Gastrostomy Care (Peg Feeding)
-
Knowledge of Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB)
We have the following shifts available;
-
Day shifts - 8:30am — 8:30pm
-
Night shifts - 8:30pm — 8:30am
