We are looking for some new team members to support adults in their own homes with personalised support. This is a community based job and does involve some driving.
We are a supportive team and we think we stand out due to working only 1-4 and barely any evening shifts to enable our staff to have a good work/family/home balance.
We are rated as good by CQC and we constantly strive to be better. Giving training opportunities above and beyond mandatory.
