Care Cordinator wanted in Helensburough

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self motivated Care Coordinator to join our team. We offer excellent rates of pay and support and development.

Responsibilities

• To include the delivery of our highest standards of care service by managing care workers.This includes the management of their weekly workload, assessment and review of individual services and the practical supervision, instruction and support off care workers.
• Manage rotas, define and allocate the delivery of special care needs, monitor and review as appropriate.
• To actively participate in staff development, training and appraisals.
• Provide reports regularly on activity levels, outcomes for service users as well as incidents and complaints
• To ensure Health and Safety is followed by all care staff in accordance with best practice.
• Engage with and positively undertake on -call duties as required by the Branch to ensure a 24/7 service is provided.

Skills and qualifications

• Willingness to complete SVQ level 3 in Care
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Communication/Interpersonal skills
• Tolerant/patient/sensitive/discreet
• Organisational skills
• Full,Valid UK driving license
