SGE Care provides high-quality care and support to service users with learning and other disabilities, in their own home.

We are looking for a part-time care coordinator to join our team. Candidates must have People Planner and Access Care planning knowledge.

Care coordinators will generate and manage rota, care activities and carer on the field, supervision and appraisal of care staff. The Care Coordinator will give regular feedback to manager and complete audits of monthly care visits.
