Registered Nurse (Full-time)

We are currently seeking an experience Nurse to join our team in Croftbank House for 33 hours per week on night shift.

Your main role as a Nurse in one of our Care Homes is to support our residents with their medical, emotional and social needs. You will lead your team in ensuring each of our residents receive the highest quality, person-centered care. You will make sure our residents' care plans are accurate, personalised and kept up to date.

You are a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and good knowledge of up to date clinical practices. You will have experience in leading a multi-disciplinary team and acting as the Nurse in Charge.
