Care Workers Needed

We are currently looking for carers to work with adults, visiting service users in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, toileting, grooming, bathing, (un)dressing, feeding etc.
• To support with the taking of any medications prescribed
• Where directed, perform light household tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens etc.
• Prepare or reheat meals
• To enable and/or assist individuals to remain in the community, to be supported and maintained safely in their own homes and thereby enhance their quality of life
• Encouraging individuality and independence
• Develop and maintain personal contact, talking and listening
• To undertake basic day-to-day factual written recording as required of individual care plans
• Providing social contact, especially for clients who live alone

• Must have an excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
• Good English cooking skills required by our service users
• DRIVING LICENCE AND USE OF CAR ESSENTIAL
• Be a reliable and flexible individual.
• Be able to work all days including weekends from 6:00 am to 10pm
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
