Scotland's leading care provider is looking to recruit a Business Development Executive to join our friendly and dynamic team in our Edinburgh based service.

Reporting directly to the company Directors, you will be responsible for researching and pursuing new leads for business growth, efficiency and quality.

 

Your role

Key Responsibilities:

·         Business development

·         Support our work with NHS

·         Prospect for new business leads

·         Generate New Business opportunities

·         Write new business proposals

·         Meet with external partners and prospective clients

·         Follow company guidelines and procedures

·         Ensure the quality of service delivery

·         Meet & exceed targets for new business growth

·         Experience Required

·         Staff performance & support / relationships

·         Recruitment

·         Compliance / Training

 

What we are looking for

Essential:

·         Previous logistics experience

·         Previous management experience in the Care Sector

·         Evidence of success in meeting and exceeding new business targets

·         Excellent written and verbal communication

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Have good negotiation skills

·         Excellent presentation skills

·         Excellent interpersonal skills

·         Detail oriented and an active listener to work under pressure

·         Self-motivated, but able to work as part of a dynamic team

·         Edinburgh based
