£8.72 to £9.03 per hour

Sleep in support, evenings and weekends will be required. 

This vacancy is an exciting new opportunity for somebody to be part of a person-centered service supporting a young lady to live in her own home for the first time

This individual has a learning disability, is non-verbal and will require support in all areas of her life.

Applicants should enjoy music, dancing, movies, accessing the community and be prepared to have some playful staff interaction as these are all areas that are important to this person.

This position is best suited to individuals who have experience of working with individuals with complex needs, they must be friendly, have a good sense of humor and be dedicated to providing person centered and positive support.

Please note it is a non-smoking service.

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.

Essential Requirements:

  • Full UK Driver’s License.

Desirable requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2/3 Autism/learning disability
  • Experience of working with people with challenging behaviour.
