This vacancy is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a new challenge working in a person-centred positive behaviour organisation.
We are looking for a friendly and positive Wake Night Support worker who will work closely with the team to promote positive culture in the services.
You will be joining a fantastic person-centred support team based in Shrewsbury, supporting three adults with learning disabilities. The team also work closely with our Positive Behaviour support team to ensure the interest of the people we support is at the heart of everything we do.
Everything we do is centred around the people we support, part of the waking night duties will include cleaning tasks and ensuring they are on hand to provide support should one of the people we support wake up, this may include personal care.

Bethphage is a registered charity which was established in 1994 and provides support to adults with learning and physical Disabilities in Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Everything we do is individually designed to enable people to achieve their potential and meet their objectives and need for support. The people that we support may live in their own home, a home that is shared with other people, their family home or a shared care home.
