ABOUT THE JOB: You will manage an HR team responsible for recruitment, retention, staff training and all HR policies.


YOUR KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

        2 years or more experience in a similar role

         Degree or MSc in Human Resource Management

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

 

Ensuring effective delivery of HR services, specifically:

  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Performance Management including KPIs
  • Mentorship & sharing of skills and knowledge
  • Handling Grievance and Disciplinary processes
  • Design and delivery of Induction, Learning & Development
  • Adapting HR best practise and research throughout the company
  • Developing, Evaluating, and Implementing a Recruitment & Retention plan

Managing workflow across the HR Department, including:

  • Designing and Leading HR Projects
  • Attending, and contributing to meetings
  • Completing admin tasks on time, every time
  • Updating electronic records including Staff Handbook, Offers & Contracts of Employment
  • Assisting with the creation of Annual Improvement Plan and strategic business development
