We know that the only successful way to grow our business is to treat our carers with respect and acknowledge the level of professionalism within our teams. Some of the benefits we offer are:

• The weekly working rota we have has been devised by carers. It is different to other companies and you have a long weekend off every 2nd week. You would work 7 days from 14 on our normal shift pattern.
• Our pay rate is £9.75 to £10.25 per hour plus travel allowance
• Lucerne offer incentives and bonus payments to acknowledge and thank carers who regularly do more.
• Full-time contract - not zero hours after a probationary period for permanent staff
• Free Training - We offer a full 5 days of comprehensive training that is classroom-based but the training is fun and informal. You will then be supported by a senior carer to help ensure you are comfortable and knowledgeable before you are given your own clients. You will be provided with support on your run.
• We support you with qualifications and advanced training.
• We have a full Employee Assistance Programme for all carers and their families.
• You will be working in a small close team and will have the help and support of your colleagues at all times.

YOU DO NEED TO DE A CAR DRIVER FOR THIS ROLE and stay within the area of West Lothian. Please specify that you have a car on your CV.

SVQ and additional training can and will be supplemented after completion of probationary period.
