And we are currently looking for Field Supervisors who will work under the direction of the care coordinator and service manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing systems and ensure our homecare service is exceeding our regulatory and legislative requirements to ensure excellent provision of service to our service users.
Role Responsibilities:
- Delivery domiciliary care undertake risk assessment and manual handling assessment on clients.
- Perform reviews and ensure effective client management systems.
- Maintain an effective system in consultation with care planner and service manager.
- Perform quality assurance tasks namely: one telephone quality monitoring telephone call, at least 6 spot checks annually on care workers attending clients.
- To provide direct supervision and training to care assistance in the field in direct response to the changing needs of clients.
- To work two days with clients in the field every week.
- To participate in on call roster providing care coordination cover for unplanned absence to maintain the service.
- To meet weekly compliance targets agreed with service manager.
- To apply good practice and report any/all suspicion of abuse of any kind in accordance with procedure and policy.
- To undertake duties appropriate to scope of the position as may be required from time to time.
- Collate data and maintain staff and service user files, ensuring confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with SSSC Code of Practice and Health and Social Care Standards for Care at Home (Care Inspectorate)

- Always maintain confidentiality of the Company and adhere to GDPR regulations.
Essential
- SVQ level 3/4 or HNC Health and Social Care
- 1 year experience working in a care setting
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
