service users. We are looking for an office admin assistant to join our
team.
JOB SUMMARY
- Your duties will include dealing
with clients, gathering, and inputting information into our databases.
- Answering calls, dealing with
emails, and corresponding with staff and clients on a regular basis.
- Supporting Coordinator with rotas.
Manage correspondence by answering emails, sorting /distributing mail.
- Manage reception area and look
after visitors.
- Maintain stock and office supplies
required.
- Photocopy and file documents as
required.
- Supporting Management and Care
Coordinators to carry out daily business activities.
- Schedule meetings, minute taking.
- Maintain website and social media
profiles.
- Assist in planning and arranging of
events.
SKILLS
NEEDED
- Good communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
programmes.
- Ability to handle confidential
information.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- Technical skills in computing
including basic website management

Hours - Monday to
Friday 09:00 - 17:00
