Job Description
Home Support Worker
Post title Care Worker
Reports to Care Manager
Job Description
Caring Hearts Recruitment (CHR) was established to support its sister company Caring Hearts Limited with staffing requirements. Social care is a dynamic fast-paced environment and at CHR we aim to bridge the gap in changing care need requirements by providing fully trained vetted care staff to provide support as staffing crisis requirements rise. We operate on an on-call system providing support 24/7. We aim to promptly provide support and cover for your staffing needs. We provide fully trained professional staff members who are ready to proficiently support and meet your care needs as part of a team or on an individual basis.
The role of the Care Worker is to perform duties and tasks to facilitate the lives of service users at home, in a safe, secure and comfortable way. The best way of summing it up is that we might perform the tasks carried out by a close friend or relative but in a trained, professional and knowledgeable way. Care Workers are frequently the only people that a client may see on a daily basis and clearly there is a responsibility to report any relevant information back to the Manager. Anyone who does not genuinely care about the welfare of other people will not be suitable for this job.
